The European regulation sets technical minimum requirements for drones in the "open" category, which, as of January 1, 2024, must have a Class Identification Label (CIL).

You can check whether your drone has this certification by looking at the packaging or directly on the device, where the class label and corresponding number must be clearly visible.

From January 1, 2024, all newly marketed drones must include a Class Identification Label.

The EASA website provides a list of drones that have already received a class identification label.
